France is showcasing its internationally renowned cuisine at Anuga 2017, the world’s leading food and beverages trade fair, which has attracted more than 7,400 exhibitors from 107 countries over the last five days (October 7-11) in Cologne. Around 160,000 trade visitors from more than 190 countries will have attended in all.
For the first time this year, Business France has organized no fewer than seven France Pavilions, where around 200 French companies from seven sectors (delicatessen, dairy products, frozen food, fresh produce, bakery, meat, and beverages) have been bringing 3,250 sq. m. of exhibition space to life since Saturday.
There’s nothing better than being shown exactly how to use French food export products, and this is what Chef Charles Soussin has accepted to do every day in the stage area. Each Pavilion contains a variety of French produce from throughout the country to interest buyers from many different countries.
Anuga is not just an event for decision-makers in the trade world, but also leading buyers from the catering and online meals industries.
Today is the last day to treat your palette! Further information can be found on the event website.
