For the third year running, Business France will be hosting a French Tech pavilion at this year’s Slush conference in Helsinki. Slush takes place every November and is a not-to-be-missed event on the global digital scene.
In 2016, 17,500 participants attended the conference, organized by startups, for startups. Business France is planning to take 10 French startups to this year’s event. The successful companies will be selected by a panel of French and Finnish experts. Startups interested in the event have until July 30, 2017 to submit their applications.
Successful applicants will be given coaching to help them pitch and advance their knowledge of the Nordic market. They will also receive guidance on the Slush 100 pitching competition, which has gained quite a reputation. Last year, the top prize – a €500,000 investment – was awarded to French startup CybelAngel.
Don’t miss the deadline if your company is a startup, has already received seed funding, and has strong international growth potential – you have just a few more days to sign up.
