The China International Senior Services Expo (CISSE), an unmissable event for stakeholders in China’s silver economy, will be held on August 3-6 in Beijing. For the third year running, Business France – in cooperation with the French Healthcare Alliance and the Association pour un partenariat franco-chinois au service du grand âge (French-Chinese partnership supporting senior citizens) – has organized a French pavilion at the event for a delegation of 11 French businesses in the silver economy.
Coordinated by key organizations in China, the event will focus on a variety of areas such as senior housing, homecare services, design, home automation, assisted living and medical support.
The 11 French companies attending the event provide products and services aimed at aging well, preventing illness and promoting senior citizens’ independence, and are seeking to expand into the silver economy in China. As part of the French pavilion, these companies will have the chance to meet with local stakeholders and potential partners at the CISSE, and to learn more about the specific features of the Chinese market, as well as market trends and opportunities.
French has considerable expertise in designing and managing assisted living facilities, providing training, and financing home automation and care of the elderly, and this knowledge is highly sought-after by Chinese investors looking to gain a foothold in this emerging market. With this in mind, the French pavilion is sure to attract heavy footfall at the event.
