One of several sponsors of La Tribune’s “10,000 startups to change the world” award (formerly known as the “Young Entrepreneur Award”), Business France is looking to showcase new French talent and help fledgling firms onto the international stage to develop their growth potential. Startups from across France are eligible to apply, and the scheme is open to all business sectors.
This new ambition to make France a ‘nation of startups’ will be furthered by the creation of a new prize category, the Africa award, and the partnership with “La French Tech.”
France is full of talent, with companies all over the country demonstrating exceptional entrepreneurial dynamism. It is these same companies that Business France wants to see when it sends its judging panel to eight cities across France. There will also be a public vote in late February.
The grand final, featuring an awards ceremony, will take place in Paris in March 2018 and will be attended by the French President, Emmanuel Macron.
